Partnering with Chick-fil-A 59 & Little York Road to host a Spirit Night is one of the most popular and easiest ways to raise money for your organization.

Simply pick a date and time, and invite your organization members, staff, and supporters to dine at Chick-fil-A 59 & Little York Road. The restaurant will donate a percentage of the sales made during your Spirit Night event to your organization. The more guests you bring to dine at Chick-fil-A 59 & Little York Road during the specified time, the higher the donation from Chick-fil-A 59 & Little York Road will be!

Chick-fil-A 59 & Little York Road makes it easy by providing promotional materials (at your request) to help you publicize the event to your supporters.

One week advance notice is required for all cancellations. If your group does not show up, cancels last minute or violates any of the above conditions, your group will be prohibited from hosting another Spirit Night for a minimum of one year. *

Spirit Night Requirements

The person completing this contract is required to be an employee or official member of the organization requesting the fundraiser AND at least 18 years of age.
This adult sponsor is required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event and stay for the entirety of the Spirit Night.
Checks will be mailed 30 days after your Spirit Night events.
Each guest must tell the cashier that he/she is here for the Spirit Night and his/her purchase will be added to your total. Only sales purchased by your group during the set Spirit Night time will count towards your total.

Tips for Success

Provide details about your Chick-fil-A® Spirit Night in any e-newsletter you send to supporters, and include details about your fundraising goal. Sharing a specific goal will help motivate your supporters to attend.
Promote your Chick-fil-A® Spirit Night to supporters using social media. Encourage your supporters to bring family and friends to the event since your donation from Chick-fil-A® will increase when more guests dine at Chick-fil-A® during the specified time.
Consider inviting a special guest, local celebrity or entertainer to be part of your Chick-fil-A® Spirit Night to help drive attendance.
Send your local newspaper the details about your Chick-fil-A® Spirit Night fundraiser, and ask them to feature the fundraiser in their events section.

Chick-fil-A Aldine reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Chick-fil-A Aldine, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Chick-fil-A Aldine  may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Chick-fil-A Aldine

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending a Chick-fil-A Aldine event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Chick-fil-A Aldine 3955 Little York Road Houston, TX 77093, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Chick-fil-A Aldine will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Chick-fil-A Aldine event or by failing to notify Chick-fil-A Aldine  in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Chick-fil-A Aldine, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Chick-fil-A Aldine from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Chick-fil-A Aldine  may not use, copy, alter or modify Chick-fil-A Aldine  photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Chick-fil-A Aldine .
